I’m aiming to start a new project online. The idea of the website is to book your IT assistant to come and fix your (router connection, iptv connection,smart phone,etc..) The website should be simple which give me to send autamic e-mails to the customers and the IT assistent. The custmer is is going to be able to give us information in a simple and easy steps to what is the problem. The website will be signing up IT assistent as well, which well let the IT assistent to choose a problem that he is able to fix and book a home visit to fix the custmer problem. The payment is going to be paid as email recipt or papper recipt at the mean time. There will be rating in the IT assistent profile which will be given from the customer for exempel 0-5 stars. The customer will get a notification via email or a call from the IT assistent to book a time as soon as the customer want and maybe give little information about the exakt problem via email or phone. The IT assistent should be able to recive a notification for a new orders from the websites direclty after the custmer place the order, via email or sms to mobile phone and when the IT assistent accept the order they will get more information about the location and the number of the costumer to call him or send him an email to make a booking. The page should be simple to all kind of people and cultures because maybe a lot of costumers will be 65+, with a litte more information and details because right now its a new project and I’m starting the base website from Sweden .
