As per the city of Brampton, I require a registered designer to draw up the floor plans (including electrical, and potentially HVAC) for a small renovation for a new business venture I am starting. The renovation would encompass putting up a wall to divide the lobby/lounge area from 3 escape rooms that I would also need built.

My partner are in the middle of starting up a firm, and this would be a great project for us to engage with you, the client, as well as build up a reputation. Please note that for this job 1-2 site visits may be necessary, and that the final deliverables will include a full drawing set (plans, sections, elevations and details) but will not include the design of the escape rooms, the props / mechanisms needed, or details. This cost does not include the construction of the project in question, however further contracts can be initiated in order to become a design-build project.
