Mobile client for symbian , windows mobile and IPhone Firewall and proxy friendly. WiFi/3G Server side will use Opensource learning suite from [login to view URL] You will develop only client side. Students have to push button to be able to speak to the class. In first version teacher will communicate only with chat and voip. The system will be used for foreign language teaching. Teacher will use computer to write to blackboard and speak to students. Dokeos use flash for voip but be aware that flash lite on mobiles do not support this option yet. Students will use their mobiles to participate in virtual classroom. Option to install from web site. Application must be very simple and do not contain other dirty code from other projects. Do not encapsulate any dll sdk from third parties. All copy rights must be transferred to buyer All source code must be transferred to buyer Payment after acceptance test
