> I need a very simple program that dynamically generates a qrcode that displays on screen. The qrcode text will be generated from a special, simple algorithm that I will provide. The algorithm will include the current time and the qrcode must update at regular intervals perhaps every 60 seconds.

> This is a very simple program and there are qrcode generation libraries out there for c++ so this should be a 20 minute project for a skilled programmer. There will be modifications and changes later for this program, and we can pay a fair hourly rate for that when the changes need to be changed.

## Deliverables
The program should create qr codes based on the following text:
(a sha1 hash of the current unix time, a colon ":", a short text provided from a variable, and then a password also provided by a variable):(unix time):(text from a variable)
Here is an example of what text is used to create qrcode:
smsto:5555555555:aaa6dbd0cdae8560c1e273cf3859882dd90fab43:1347756458:asdf
Here is how it should be created:
phonenumber = 5555555555;
unixtime = (current time);
code = asdf;
hash = sha1(unixtime . ":" . code . password);
create_qr_code("smsto:" . phonenumber . ":" . hash . ":" . unixtime . ":" . code);
