C Programming access control with pic 16F887

For the project, I need someone to write the PIC access control program and draft the connection scheme for me. The program must be compatible with MPLAB X IDE v.4.05 and written in the C programming language incl. PICkit 3 In-Circuit Debugger/Programmer. The code must be entered via the keypad. The data sheet is in the upload files. The microcontroller must be a 16F887. The LCD of the PICDEM ™ 2 PLUS DEMONSTRATION BOARD must serve as the output. If the code has been entered correctly, a relay must switch to simulation. The program should contain interrupts and timers. Conditions for the access control: It must be ensured that it is very unlikely that the door can be opened without knowing a "code" for the opening procedure. It must also be ensured that if the opening procedure is known by trying, the average time taken to crack the "code" will be at least 1 hour. The opening signal must reset itself after a correct opening after a specified time has elapsed. The code must contain at least four digits. The code must be changeable. After entering the wrong code three times, you can only enter it again after a certain time.
