Assessment tool

Please read the attached PPT before making the bid. The project needs to be completed in C#, MS SQL Server and it has to be web based using any technology. And there must be documentation to build the code in my machine. The application needs to be developed to perform Cyber security assessment. To perform the assessment the user need to fill the answers to the questions and score the answers of each question. Once the assessment is done the user can provide the recommendation to the concerned person. Therefore, this application will be accessed by multiple user type such as Admin, Assessor Reviwer, Application Owner etc. The administrator will create Assessment types, there are typically three types of Assessments . Organisation NIST/COBIT Cyber Security Assessment Control Assessment Application Assessment A user can create an assessment case on one of the above assessment type. Upon creating the case a set of security questionnaire that need to be answered will be created in that case (Basically case is like an admission form in a school/college, the questions are same, but the details are different for each student and each form need to be saved separately with some reference number). Each question in the case can be either of multiple-choice type or free text type question. For each question there must be an option to upload multiple attachments that can be of any file type. Each question will be assigned to a score, and answer to each question will be of one of three types – Effective – This answer will get full score Partially Effective - This answer will get half score Ineffective - This answer will get 0 score Also the Assessor/user s able to change the score or manually override the score. Once the assessor/admin completes the answers and scoring, he must be able to generate the findings – This will be done by the assessor in a separate page of the case – While generating the finding of the case, the new finding page will be populated with the questions and answers in table which are either partially effective or Ineffective.
