Build a sceen with editable grid in vb.net or c#

I want to build a screen which has datagrid. user enters jobno and it pulls the information into the editable grid. User should be able to edit the columns/information and when it press update data button, it should save the changes to the table called JOCOST. I have 4 buttons, Insert data, update data, delete data and print. Insert data should be able to insert the data related to the jobno entered from table called jodbom. It is already created and being updated by another program. the key is fjobno+fbompartno+fbompartrev. It should not pull if this key is already in my JOCOST table. Update Data button - This button should write data to the table, whenever there is any changes made in the grid. delete data button - This should give an option to delete all record related to the jobno entered or a particular row. print button - I already have a report running in ssrs call rpjcost. this button should just call that report. I have attached a screenhot of the display that I need. please let me know how much it would cost me and how long it would take to finish. thanks
