Convert this sample project from C# client to VB.Net client

Main task: Get this C# code to work in VB.Net I want to be able to load up and use this code in VB.net. There is sample C# code that loads and works fine but I have an existing vb.net project that I'd like to use this code in it. It is basically just sync code between sqlite db and mysql database. I really just want to be able to use the functionality in my VB.net project in one way or another so I can sync my local sqlite database to a remote mysql database back and forth.
