Develop WinForms App and Service for Data handling

Hi … I Need a Windows Application with an Treelist (-> Project Manager), where a user can add multiple Nodes (Connections) and under one main Node he add different Sub Nodes (Tables, Reports) When the User clicks the Connection Node in the working Area the Main Settings are visible (Connection Status Icon in front) - after clicking a Table Node (there can be more than one) in the working Area a table designer is visible (with a tab for Settings, a tab for the table design and an tab to see actual data in the table) - Same to the Report - there is a Settings Screen, a tab for Report Designer (Devexpress), and an tab for Report Preview. The Window is split into 3 Components - Treeview (with splitter) - Working Area - Logging Area all Settings have to be persistent( Screen Setup, Main Settings, Splitter Positions), configuration data stored in one file (Maybe XML) Simple Splashscreen when loading. The User will be able to run such an Project - after running all the Settings will be transferred to an Windows Service. The Windows Service is able to Access all Data, Write logging (Displayed in the Main GUI). With Startup the Service will create a MSSQL or SQLite or MySQL Database with the structure selected. We can add Rows to the Database internally. After Addition of an Row the data is written to the Database and New Data is signalled to the GUI (so the GUI can Display data if active) (-> Table Data view) I can provice some screenshots.
