I need someone that is familiar with a library that can process tesselated lines (small polylines) and fit them with a combination of lines and arcs. The objective is to reduce the number of entities in a drawing. I have attached example of file before and after filter. The entity count is probably 1/10 of the original. This will be a C# project. I can provide a DXF library to read the dxf files. Please provide what library you will use, if it will be GPL or commercial, etc upon bidding.
