frame decode (H264/YUVV420p)

The project about FFmpeg I've done are: record screen desktop to mp4 (using c/c++ wrapper in visual studio), convert h264 stream into mp4 (using c/c++ wrapper in visual studio), using the FFmpeg to insert intro video, outro video, multi watermarks by GPU (Nvidia GPU) (fade in fade out effect) by command line (visual studio c#). ok, you are talking about ffmpeg programming and openvc programming. i am good at that both. i know how to get frames from media files or media streams with ffmpeg libraries, then turn into 24bpp RGB format. please let me know more. thanks.
