COOL_PROJECT Hi, I have done something similar with C#, allowing the user to scan a drive or a folder for images. Then the images can have tags that the user write, and the user can do searches with those tags. I would use sqlite to store all the required information, storing the images in the filesystem

COOL_PROJECT Hi, I have already implemented a small ActiveX in C# that can display images, zoom them, rotate or flip them, we can also crop them, and apply monochrome and greyscal filters on it. Convert images from one format to another, split TIFF images. Let me know if you need more functionality The only issue is its in .net 4.0, but i can try to convert it to 2.0 if thats a must. COOL_PROJECT привіт, я можу написати цю прогаму на C# за одну добу. програма при першому запуску проводитиме пошук всіх картинок на комп*ютері, створить бінарне дерево пошуку з іншормацією про них. це дерево зберігатиметься у файл і модфікуватиметься по мірі додавання файлів на комп*ютер. набір опцій програми я можу взяти з оригінальної програми або реалізувати вказаний вами функціонал
