Simple Ad Server

AD SERVER We need a simple ad server for a website that has already been created but has not launched yet. Ability to put ads up on the site - upload a jpg and select where it will be located - set the number of months it will run - ability to set pre-expiration email notifications (one month, two weeks, the day of expiration, etc.) - Ad then expires (won’t show up on the site but still show in the admin) or is renewed for a set amount of months - Ad history stays with the clients account and you can turn the same ad on or delete or edit Two types of ad locations - One size ad appears on the a) front of the site or b) candidate side - 1) created pages (all existing site pages) are premium location - 2) Dynamically created pages (search results, job postings, etc.) PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES C# asp.net MVC 4 entity framework 5 Code first migrations Bootstrap - this is responsive JIRA - for project management Please answer the question "2+2= "so we know that you read this in its entirety. • Full access will be provided to the existing code • Design and content will be provided if it doesn’t exist • Constant contact and communication is expected and will be provided on our end in order to keep the project moving quickly • All access and files will be provided upon selection of programmer.
