Use iTextSharp to add image to PDF

We have a .net application which is using iTextSharp to fill in a PDF form built in Adobe LiveCycle. The form is being generated correctly. Now we want to add an image to the PDF. The image should be a signature which will be either a png or jpg file. It should be placed on page 6 of the PDF on the line 'Originator Name, Title'. I currently have the below code, which works when adding images to some PDFs, but not for the PDF we are using. I think there is some issue with the PDF file that needs to be fixed. Project requirements are: - Add image to PDF file on page 6 at field 'Originator Name, Title' - All other data should continue importing to the form as before. - Currently the last 4 pages of the PDF are a fillable form, these should stay fillable. - The PDF has usage rights to allow users to save data entered into the form.
