auto dialer

Need very simple auto-dialer (informer), that makes calls using 3g modems. I am looking for someone who can code me a very simple auto dialer, that uses 3g modems to make calls, preferably on Windows. ( can be a program or just a script). I want to be able to connect 1 or more 3g modems with sim cards to pc and manage calls. Each modem should have an individual schedule. For example: Modem A should make a call to number +371 624 00001 at 08:00 am and terminate the call at 09:15 am. Then modem makes a second call to number +370 624 000002 at 10:30 am and terminates the call at 11:00 am. And so on. ( Time of Call and Call duration should be adjustable ). Would like to run minimum 10 modems simultaneously. If you have any questions please ask.
