Simulate Gasifier and Pyrolyzer on Aspen Plus

We would like to simulate a rotary gasifier using Aspen Plus. The requirements are the following: * The gasifier will be divided into 6 zones. In each zone there will be 1 inlet of steam and 1of air separetaly and directly to the solid * We would like a sensibility analysis of the model to determine the optimum dimensions of it * We will provide the flow of char, its composition and the flow an temperature of air and steam. * We would like data of: * * Syngas * * Flow * Temperature * Composition * PCI * Cp * Ash * * Flow * Temperature * Non reacting char * * Flow * Temperature * Thermal power * Thermal performance * Chemical performance * Chemical power * We would like to reduce the use of Fortran or similar to the minimum * We would also like all the material you used for this simulation (Aspen files) The applications should inlude: - CV - Examples of projects done - Examples of projects done similar to this one - How would you approach this project - Time limit and date - Cost
