Cost estimate for cloud app with end-to-end encryption

We want to understand if the specs below are feasible and affordable. We want at least a rough cost estimate. Please do not offer to develop the app. At the moment, we only want to understand scope, specifically cost. See below for specifics. See also attachment as a demo of what the app could look like. Web app using e.g. Amazon (AWS) as host End-to-end encryption of our clients confidential company data (strategic priorities, not personal data) Functionalities as per below Statistics (only the data entered by the client should be encrypted, so we can still gather statistics on usage) Functionalities - Overall purpose: Meeting productivity tool. It guides the user through all the necessary steps for a successful meeting (general for all our clients) while the user enters their strategic priorities, agenda points and decisions (specific to the user). - Users: Senior teams in large companies. Typically 6 to 16 users per team. Each team must have its own database of historical meetings and strategic priorities which they enter. - Access: Each user must be able to log on with a password. All users in a team can see the same view when logged in. Changes (priorities, decisions, etc.) must be seen by all members in real time. We - as owners of the app - should NOT have access to their data. - Security: End-to-end encryption. The purpose is to give users confidence in entering confidential data without having to go through IT approval. - Front end: ○ At each log-in, a new meeting is created. Historical meetings are saved in an archive. They can download pdfs of historical meetings, password protected by their log-in password. Any changes to priorities in one meeting is saved for the next meeting. We want statistics about the number and frequency of meetings. ○ One page - scrolling down ○ About 20 sections chronologically. ○ The client enters into pre-determined boxes in a pre-determined format their strategy and priorities. ○ Their priorities (usually about 10 to 20 boxes - one for each priority) is colour coded via drop down menu at each meeting (we want statistics on the colour coding). ○ They then enter agenda points after the colour coding of the priorities. ○ As they cover each agenda point, they enter decisions, as well as what to communicate to the organization. ○ Each next step (decision) has one or more owners. They should be able to pick names from the team roster to link to a next step. ○ There is a list at the bottom of the team members with various information which they enter. ○ There are multiple choice questions (about 5) at various places. We want to capture statistics on these replies. ○ At the end of the meeting, they save it - and it is archived. ○ A meeting summary is sent out by password protected pdf with the next steps of each team member.
