Assignment Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills

This is an assignment of interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. I have to give my reactions to the questions below. Each reply of each question (a, b, c) should note be longer than 500 words. I have the deadline on 5/2/2014..... (next Wednesday) Question A. Self-awareness has a major influence on one's working relationships. which strengths and traits make you effective in your work as a Learning Support Assistant? Why? Which skills do you feel you should work on to increase your role effectiveness? Give examples of how this can be achieved. Question B John, a learning support assistant is responsible, together with the class teacher for Mary, an eight-year old child with ADHD traits as well as dyslexia. He notices that of late Mary's behavior is worse than usual. She seems to be more aggressive in class and on the playground. she is also answering back very rudely and often refuses to work. Which communication tools would John need to put into use in order to reach out and work better with Mary? Question C The conflict resolution theory implies that, in groups, conflict is inevitable and that it is not necessarily negative. Elaborate on this concept giving particular emphasis to the potential beneficiary implications of conflict. Thanks so much I really appreciate :)
