I do have a lot of experience working in MNCs like HSBC, Amazon etc where we used to research a lot on customer issues and provide them with the required solutions to their queries through chat and email support. I have worked on Technical support for HP process in Sutherland, HR operations for UK Bank employees in HSBC and US, Canadian customer issues in Amazon over chat and emails.
I have proficiency in MS word, Excel, Power point, Data entry and Customer service over emails and chat. Worked with customers from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the Middle East and Asia. I have the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while providing excellent customer service.
I have a lot of experience working with teams and I enjoy working with different people. I can be approached any time during the day and I am open to learning new things.
