Enhance an eLearning Course Script

Looking for an Instructional Writer Designer who is very detail oriented and capable of writing training content at a 7-9th grade English level on the Flesch-Kincaid scale for online training course. You will be provided with a 65 page document which is a training manual with training text, activities and games - you will be responsible for taking the existing training documentation we have created, and re-writing (where you find necessary) it into an easily readable Transcript, which will be read by a voice Actor and also turned into an eLearning course for students. What you will do 1) State Requirement-You will be provided with a list of the state requirements, they are not complicated, but you will be responsible for ensuring that each section has the correct content to suppor each of the state requirements. 2) Flesch-Kincaid scale- You must ensure that all of the content pass the Flesch-Kincaid test for 7-9th grade level to ensure ease of readability. The test can be found here: [login to view URL] 3) Organization- Given that this will be a 3 hour class, you want to make sure that it is organized in way that makes it easy for students to read through, understand and remember. 4) Content Format- Content needs to be written in a Transcript format, like a script, and easy to follow. Keep in mind that the student will have to listen to 3 hours of this. 5) Proofreading-Overall proofreading for Consistent Flow, Grammatical Errors or Sentence issues.
