Need a Content Marketer for a DLT Startup

Content Marketing Specialist Obyte is a pioneer in the world of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and is looking to energize its inbound marketing. We’re looking for an amazing Content Marketing Specialist to work with our team and help grow awareness of our platform and what it can do to help DLT-focused startups and SMEs get their products to market faster, cheaper and easier than with other DLT platforms. The Content Marketing Specialist will manage all aspects of outbound and inbound content. This includes defining the customer segments, buyer personas, value propositions, messaging and translating these into compelling, persona/vertical/segment based deliverables that align to the modern buyer journey. This role requires the ability to articulate storytelling while also providing succinct, proof-based messaging per target audience. The Content Manager will: · Develop a content calendar using keyword research, and manage content production velocity; · Help define the target audience, positioning and messaging per customer segment; · Deliver all outbound and inbound content, including sales enablement; · Write and produce content on your own; · Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics and SEO opportunities for impact; · Create a distribution plan for all content to maximize exposure and drive referral traffic from social channels and groups, appropriate industry forums, Q&A sites, communities, round-ups, newsletters etc. · Evaluate existing content material, channels, approaches and propose and test new opportunities to expand market awareness; · Help develop innovative and creative viral campaigns on social media that will generate buzz and awareness; · Follow industry trends and publications to help build our brand story and how we connect to new buyers; · Produce impactful collateral and resources to aid in marketing, sales, and product adoption; · Monitor site and campaign analytics to draw conclusions and iterate quickly on your strategies. Main Requirements: · Native level English, strong understanding of the DLT space; · Outstanding writing, content creation, and presentation skills; · A hands-on approach and ability to deliver in a fast pace, measurement-driven environment; · Analytical and data focused on skills in determining insights from complex data formats; · Understanding of marketing automation, SEO and content management systems; · Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills; · Flexible, reliable and detail-oriented; Bonus Points for: · CSS; · Design skills; · Video production skills; · Landing page creation. The first deliverable is the creation of a content calendar for the remainder of Q1 based on keyword research to determine what are the terms that Obyte should be ranking for. Details: Hours: TBD but likely around 20/week Project Length: More than 6 months Level: Intermediate - we are looking for a balance of experience and value.
