I have read your job requirements and understood that you an external C++ code to add to the Blueprint library that will hook on to the Unreal Engine runtime and get the information about the graphics usage, cpu usage, therms etc. I have access to the Github Unreal sources from a previous project where i worked on a mod for the new Unreal Tournament which is still in alpha. So i have sufficient knowledge and experience about the whereabouts of Unreal Engine. For your use case i need to get that GPU utilization function and make it available to other external output other than the VR. Which i can accomplish as the sources are already there with me.
Also i'm totally comfortable with the budget and work timings that will be suitable for you. And am very flexible when it comes to adjusting according to the needed work. Please do consider accepting my bid.
