I'm running Articulate SL2 and SL3. Contact me for a sample of my work. I typically begin the project in PowerPoint 2016, then import it into SL3. I have an extensive library of high quality graphics. Cheezy or poor graphics do not make for a good presentation. I can devote about 16 to 24 hours per week to this project. Send me some sample slides of what you have to date and I will show you what I can do with them in PowerPoint. I'll also give you a link to a recent Storyline 3 project I completed.
