Plus Size Bra Designer

We are looking for a Big Bust Bra designer! The focus is on large bra's ONLY so everything from D Cup bust and upward, Experience is not barrier to entry as we are looking for fresh brains with different world views and outlooks in the plus size bra space. Experience is good as long as you are open minded in the creation of the end product. We are changing the way plus size bras are designed and manufactured. We work with seamstresses small and large manufacturing firms so have a range of knowledge or ability to research and learn is paramount as they all can operate a bit differently and require different information. Know how to create detailed Tech Packs Perform research when warranted Know how to create printable patterns Create CAD/ and or sketches Be able to coordinate with our Market Research information Skills Open mind and creativity Knowledge of design, sewing and textiles Understanding of a range of styles and cultural/historical elements Aptitude in research Excellent communication and people skills Creativity and attention to detail Well-organized and reliable Good with time, milestones, and benchmarks
