Hi your Mobile View shouldn't take long to fix. I can help you with it. But Back End task with a form probably to set as a separate one to avoid paying more. A separate task to make your form work would cost less and could be done by a proper Back End developer and not by Front End developer to try to make your form which could case some issues and time delays.
