We are a Customer Service focused, Houston-based, exploding Credit Repair Company who is changing the way that people look at Credit Repair. We boast an over 73% success rate on average, and we work with Lenders, Mortgage Officers, Bankers, and Car Dealerships all over the United States.

ASAP Credit Repair has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Support Agent who is passionate about customers, and helping others improve their lives by guiding them through the credit repair process with integrity, discipline, and consideration for each client’s individual case.

Job Expectations:

Be able to make at least 200+ phone calls per day.

Have a positive attitude

Excellent script retention

Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast paced environment

Remain in a stationary position 95% of the time

Occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery (printer, copier, etc.)

Constantly operate a computer and phone

Sales experience is a plus!

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Submit to a background check

Full time 40 hours per week in between 8 am and 7 pm CST

****Compensation****

$650 a Month + Bonuses

(Bonuses Average $200-400 a month based on performance)

(Potential income is $1000 a month, unlimited potential income wise with top positions within our company)

Careful attention to detail when multitasking and listening

Excellent communication, written and verbal

Ability to follow directions

Patience and Empathy in any situation

Typing with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling in English

Ability to work rotating Saturdays

WPM 50+ preferred

Script retention

Ability to make 300+ calls after training
