Build a customized list of 500 scholarships for someone else to apply to them.

My girlfriend is going to apply to the University of Toronto Rotman school of business 2-year MBA program. The program costs around $100K CAD and this Project is to compile a list of scholarships she can apply to for the program starting in the Fall of 2020. The contractor will deliver a list of open scholarships, bursaries and or grants that meet the following criteria: 1. eligible to be applied to as of 12-Aug-2019 2. each scholarship must have a deadline of no earlier than 15-Sep-2019 3. each scholarship must be valued at $5000 CAD or more. 4. each scholarship must be valid for the Rotman MBA program in Toronto Canada. 5. the list must have at least 500 valid, different, open, scholarships (or bursary/grants etc), 6. the list must consider the following constraints, acting reasonably: a. the combined income of the applicant is more than $60,000.00 CAD b. the applicant is in the IT software implementation field as a career c. the applicant is a 30 year old, Chinese woman with Permanent Residence in Canada d. the applicant is not an athlete nor are they doing sports in the program e. the applicant is a person of color 7. the list must be in excel format and contain: a. the scholarship name, b. link to application information/requirements, and c. corresponding value in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or USD (if the scholarship is in another currency and is still valid for the Rotman program. The following information may be useful: a. the applicant plays piano as a side hobby b. the applicant likes animals c. the applicant likes start-ups and goes to 'hackathons' d. the applicant likes yoga e. the applicant is good at English, and also speaks Chinese f. the applicant did some courses in UX design, coding, product management and has a bachelor of science degree concentrating in biopsychology
