I have been working as an assistant for 2 years now. This job has helped me to become more self-organized, punctual and highly attentive to details. Being a Team Assistant in the Eurpoean project was a great opportunity to grow professionally and personally. I worked on travel logistics, translated reports, coordinated with donors, arranged meetings and events, assisted in the presentations or public talks, took care of office, and etc. Last year I found a job in USAID and UKAID project and continued working as a Team Assistant. For the past year I've I grown up in taking leadership and managing processes. I developed critical skills for customer service: such as communication, problem-solving, caring and proactiveness. I assisted our colleagues in all types of help, this experience in project assisting it taught me how to meet and exceed each colleague’s expectations on being “heard” and “taken care of”.
I can take a Customer Support Representative because I am good at achieving ongoing success with team by helping to maintain team’s self-confidence and positioning a company for better exposure.
