PLEASE NOTE: THIS JOB IS NOT REMOTE. THE FREELANCER WILL NEED TO BE BASED IN/NEAR LONDON. I am looking for someone with good Excel and admin skills to take care of my monthly expenses and make each claim via Expensify. Each month, you will need to take care of the following tasks: - scanning of physical receipts (eg: taking picture of restaurant receipt) - downloading of digital receipts (eg: hotel confirmation email receipt) - uploading of all receipts (adding image/pdf when entering into Expensify) - entering values of each expense (adding GBP/USD amount into Expensify) - categorising each cost (eg: flight booking categorised under Air Travel) - submitting via Expensify (checking all totals are correct and sending monthly claim) I am looking for a safe pair of hands and a keen eye for detail. Each claim needs to be 100% accurate and submitted on time. This should take no longer than 6 hours per month. I am willing to pay between £15-20 p/h, depending on experience.
