Job seeker Virtual Assistant needed for ongoing job search project

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me in my job search. I will provide 10 hyperlinks to jobs that I would like to apply for. My expectation for the VA is that they will revise my resume to customize it to each job description, write a cover letter customized to each job description, submit the application online as if they were me and create a record in the job log that I will provide. There should be 2-3 bullet points on each resume directly related to job posting and 2-3 sentences in the cover letter relating to the company and the job description. This is an ongoing type of work and will continue until I find a new job. It is important that the VA has good comprehension of the written English language. There can be no typos or grammatical errors. The VA must be able to write persuasively and effectively sell me to the employers. I can provide a zip file containing many historical resumes, cover letters, my professional website address, LinkedIn profile and Facebook so that you can get familiar with who I am. I will review the first couple of submissions to make sure the VA is on the right track. Once I am comfortable with the VA’s work, I will let them work without supervision. I am willing to pay $5 per job submission which will include the resume, cover letter, online submission and adding the job to the job log. With 7-10 submissions per week, this will be $35-$50/week. I will also pay $10 to go through the job log and update the application statuses on the weekly basis. I will pay a $20 bonus if I get an interview from one of your submissions and a $100 bonus if I get a job from one of your submissions. Payments will be made at the end of each week for the work completed that week. It might be worth it to have a 15 minute Skype conversation so that you can understand who I am before you get started.
