I have 12 years of IT experience and have been working in AI/ML domain for a year. I have implemented bots using Google's DialogFlow and Microsoft's Bot Framework. I also understand that multiple variations of same question are need to be filled in dialogflow to train it. I have built chat bots which work as primary customer assistant and answer most frequently asked question. I have also built chat bot which lookup data from backend systems to answer user's queries.
