See PDF for overview, example pages and what it should look like at the end. Could go up to $50 budget with the right experience. Perhaps roughly 16k pages total, but they are all formatted the same. So I am thinking a simple way/script to put in maybe 5-10 URLs at one time (like at the top of the pdf) and it organize the info like in the pdf example to a single csv style file. Usual data mining extensions do not work with this information, so custom scripting experience will probably be required. To be considered, great English is a must, and in your bid at the bottom, put I follow directions.

hello. I can develop PHP script which fetch urls similar to and saves data to spreadsheet: car#, Driver, E, Winner, RT, ET, Speed, Class, Index/Dial, Ovun, Pair. Can you send about hundred urls at least? I can create code and prepare demo spreadsheet. Script can process 16k pages in batch mode (and process may be 5 urls in parallel). To generate separate CSV file for each url?
