Build a PLR website with full database

We need a coder who can build a copy of the website [login to view URL] and have all it's current products added to our database (this is completely legal free for a certain amount of pruducts and all of them if a membership fee is paid). Also, indigitalworks adds products regularly and we want to be able to add them to our listings in an as easy way as possible. We want to have similar functionality for our clients. We want to offer a monthly membership, an annual membership and a one-time-forever-membership and we want to be able to set the prices for these. The products will be added to an e-shop and to amazon - these steps are are also something that the coder needs to implement for us. We would prefer a wordpress platform. For a coder who knows how to do this, it is a simple project (pulling a lot of data from another database and automate it for display on another) - we will pay the membership fees to the site when we have found the coder.
