Hello We have experience with DICOM data processing and visualization. I am not sure about the effort required for this task. So, i will revise the cost after receiving more details. Let me ask a few questions 1. The problem #1 - is it related while processing uncompressed (explicit VR or Implicit VR little endian) pixel data or when processing compressed multiframe image frame seqeunces 2. Which DICOM library are you using for parsing the DICOM files. Which all kind of DICOM pixel data you are allowing to be loaded (Which all compression formats are supported) 3. The problem #2 - This is a optimization task, which can be estimated after knowing the LOC being optimized and the code complexity. we would like to have more details about this. 4. What are the software and hardware platform details. Good day.
