Delphi DLL for IIS8 with Websockets

I need IIS8 module, written on recent Delphi, with websockets support. JScript client from websocket-supporting browser will connect to IIS8 module with HTTP, switches to TCP, send some data back and fourth, then disconnects. Server just mirrors data received from client and sends them back. Multiple clients must be served, so server should be multithreaded. Production-grade Delphi source code is required, with all exceptions handling etc. To be clear, websockets are supported by IIS8, Delphi module (ISAPI DLL in the past) handles custom data.
