WPF - Gauge control

Hi, gauge usercontrols for WPF identical like in movie [login to view URL] In movie we have in big blue lines, values: -10,-5,0,5,10 and 0 is default in middle. This should be of course automaticly updated when I will set values from -1000 to 1000 and here we see we have 4 jumps: -10,-5,0,5,10. I have two background images, one like in movie and one where we have more this lines then in xaml i want have enum property where I can switch between this two background and then automaticly will be change value jumps. I hope you know what I mean. For this all I have graphic (background, min/max_bar, needle) If you can do it identical control without graphic for example you know how have all background elements from xaml then will be the best options and then I will can change background color ever elemetns, because for right now I should change only text size, color, position/color this middle big text. In addition, the red lines indicating min / max are to update their positions depending on the value, e.g. when the application is started, the minimum value will be -3, the line will be drawn on this value, as well as with the maximum value. So as shown in the video Controls under gauge: - buttons (clear, zero dial), textblocks (max, min, tir) = ignore this this usercontrol should be possible resize, for example when I will have X this control in my grid and I will change size this control then (width/height), background should be update, needle etc. Time: 1-2 days Budged: 8-15 EUR .NET version: 4.6.1 (and should can be used in 4.7 and above) The previous person, unfortunately, did not fulfill the order despite exceeding the execution time ..
