Build a SaaS Rails website where users create scheduled tweets

---Overview--- This project is to build a rails site that allows users to create draft tweets similar to "ClickToTweet", but allows you to schedule those draft tweets to go out at a specific time. Users can arrive at the site and create a free or paid account. Paid accounts will be one set price per month, and the site will bill these users monthly. I will share user stories with top freelancers I'm considering so as not to expose too much IP here. ---Technology--- The site will be responsive using bootstrap, built in Ruby on Rails, managed with GitHub, run on a TBD database, hosted with a service that offers 24/7 support. Will involve users setting up recurring credit card payments through a secure billing portal. They'll also need to be able to update their payment information through the dashboard. If a payment does not process, the user receives an email and is lowered to a "free" user until updated. ---Skills--- Although the position is freelance, we require work to be carried out out with a full-time commitment. You should possess the following skills: Git, Bootstrap frontend, Ruby on Rails, HTML, DB architecture, Twitter API experience, and secure payment processing. Designer & creative experience is preferred. ---Project Roles--- Upon reviewing requirements, user stories, and wireframes, we'll determine an acceptable timeline. I'm currently working on wireframes and will handle design of PSD's for the primary screens. These will be delivered within one week of starting work. I ultimately need to deliver by January 20 for a client to use for a crucial marketing initiative, so please do not bid if you cannot dedicate a full time effort prior to this date.
