Thank you for your interest in integrating your dropship account via EDI. We are providing you information on how to get started with the dropship EDI integration process.
We will be providing assistance using this case.
Find attached the Amazon Dropship EDI specifications, EDI project plan and questionnaire. Please fill in the response column in the EDI questionnaire, update the due dates in project plan, and return the document via this case.
Once you are ready, please follow these steps to start the integration process:
1. Sign into Drop Ship Central - [login to view URL]
2. Navigate to the Settings tab
3. Click Integration Info
4. Click the 'Edit' button at the bottom of the page.
5. Select your Integration Method for connectivity (AS2, SFTP). If you are using a VAN, select AS2.
6. Select your Messaging type. For more information, consult the EDI product sheet and our specifications.
7. Select the product identifier you would like to send and receive in your EDI messages.
8. Complete the Technical Contact fields.
9. Complete the Shipping Address restrictions. This will determine the maximum length of address fields on your OF/850 messages.
10. Enter your AS2 details in the AS2 Prod Spec and save the production AS2 details for configuration in your AS2 server.
11. Enter your AS2 details in the AS2 Test Spec and save the test AS2 details for configuration in your AS2 server.
12. Click Save to complete the configuration. Amazon will approve the integration so you can move forward with the next steps.
Please note: Amazon uses a separate AS2 server for Test and Production. If you do not have separate test and production servers, you may enter the same details for both test and prod servers.
While you are completing the above steps, we will review your responses in the questionnaire and tailor the alpha tests based on your choices.
If you do not wish to integrate via EDI or if you plan to integrate at a later point of time, please let us know so we can update our records.
