Blog Commenting & General Link Building

There will be 2 things I need ongoing assistance with. You MUST bid & list any experience for EACH or your bid will not be reviewed. If you are interested in just one part of the project that is fine, only bid on the one you are interested in; if you are interested in both, place your bid & details for both (feel free to use PM as necessary to distinguish between the 2). --------> THE FIRST IS BLOG COMMENTING: I AM NOT INTERESTED IN COMPANIES OR FIRMS, INDIVIDUALS ONLY I need someone, or maybe a couple of people, interested in blog commenting (posting comments to blogs). You need to: -offer a low rate for this very simple work (submit quote PER BLOG COMMENT) -do TOP quality work - NO SPAM, EXCELLENT ENGLISH, SPELLING & GRAMMAR -be able to turn work around quickly -be dedicated to a long-term, ongoing partnership -you must speak, read, write and understand English fluently -understand that blog comments must be RELEVANT & QUALITY (participate in the discussion) - we do NOT do 'spammy' work -be reliable - I have no desire to chase you down or nag you to complete your work; you need to WANT to work. If you do not complete a project, you will not be paid; if you post spam, poor comments or irrelevant comments you will not be paid because someone else will have to redo your work. -have a reliable, high-speed internet connection It's preferable that you have experience with this but I am willing to train the right person. When bidding FOR BLOG COMMENTING, please include the following or be deleted: --> your bid per blog comment --> the days and hours you are usually available --> how many hours per day you are available for this (just so I have an idea, sometimes there will be steady work and sometimes there may not be) --> explain in detail your experience with blog commenting; what do you know about it; have you done it before; do you understand anchor text; do you understand the purpose of blog commenting --> examples of your comments if you have any ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ --------> THE SECOND THING I NEED ASSISTANTS FOR IS OTHER LINK BUILDING: I need people to do other types of link building as assigned to them. Examples are creating basic blogs for getting links (I'll teach you how to do this but you should be familiar with blogs), posting articles to article directories, submitting RSS feeds, creating social accounts (like Friendfeed, Twitter, etc. ..I can also teach you this but you should already be familiar with them), adding friends to social networks or posting updates or comments, social bookmarking, directory submissions and things of this nature. Things you need to be familiar with: -Internet Marketing in general (you don't have to be a pro at it, you just need to have an idea of the purpose of it and generally understand what it means) -Link Building (understand what link building is) -Blogs (understand how to create a very basic blog (no bells and whistles) and post articles to it) -Article Marketing (you need to know how to sign up and post articles to article sites) -Hyperlinking (understand what a hyperlink is and how to create one) -Social Sites (understand what they are and the basics about how they work) --other things you need to know how to use are email, Excel, Word, Instant Messenger - you pretty much just need to know the basics. You will also use my project management system which is pretty easy to learn and Google Calendar. You also need to be a fairly fast learner. When bidding for OTHER LINK BUILDING, please include: --> your bid per hour (we often pay on a flat fee instead of hourly but this will let me know your range and if you meet our budget requirements) --> the days and hours you are usually available --> how many hours per day you are available for this (just so I have an idea, sometimes there will be steady work and sometimes there may not be) --> explain in detail your experience with Internet Marketing/Link Building/Social Networking; what do you know about it; have you done it before; do you understand anchor text; do you understand the purpose of Internet Marketing/Link Building/Social Networking --> examples of your blog, social accounts, etc. (either your own or ones you have created for someone else) if you have any ---------> AGAIN - there are TWO DIFFERENT PARTS TO THIS PROJECT: 1 is Blog Commenting and 2 is other Link Building and Social Networking. If you are interested in both, quote PER BLOG COMMENT and PER HOUR for the link building (although both will often be paid on a FLAT FEE rather than hourly, the hourly quote will give me an idea on whether or not you fit into our budget). THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: -ONLY QUALITY WORK IS ACCEPTED -If you do not finish a project, you will not be paid -If you do spammy or sloppy work, you will not be paid because someone else will have to redo your work -If you do great work, we will likely have ongoing work for you & would love to have you on the team! -You must have excellent English grammar and spelling -You must be dedicated to a long-term commitment; we want long-term people -You must WANT to work, we don't chase people down -You MUST BE RELIABLE & meet deadlines -Most work will be based on a flat fee rather than hourly however some projects may be hourly -We work on different types of campaigns and projects -You get paid when we get paid (after our clients pay us. Sometimes they pay within a few days, sometimes it could be a week, 2 weeks or even a month...we can't pay you until we get paid) It's hard to find QUALITY people, we hope to find you here!!!
