We are looking for someone with experience in converting paperback and full colour printed books into eBooks. We would supply a hi-res formatted PDF for the conversion. The first project is a straight-forward one: it's a 180-page black & white book with minimal pictures, only three pages contain images. We need it to be converted into a standard reflowable eBook in both ePub and mobi formats. The converted files must be ready for upload to the iBookstore (Apple) and the Kindle store. Prior experience in doing this is essential. We will of course check the file once it's completed, but we need some assurance that errors in the conversion process will be very unlikely, as we don't have a lot of time available to check everything worked. There is a low-res PDF version of the book we want converted. (We can send a higher resolution file if you need one, if we decide to go ahead with the conversion.) We would have a number of other books needing conversion too, in both fixed-format layout and free-flow, but we prefer to do just one as a trial for now.
