Power Transfer with Inductive Coupling - repost

Desired thing is that, using two antennas (coil) given below we must occurred inductive coupling to power transfer. Input voltage is 20 V pp and 1-10 M Hz. The shape of the antennas (both receiver and transmitter) must be circular air coil N turns. In addition The size of antenna which is named as transmitter must be max r (radius) = 30 cm and receiver of radius must be maximum 10 cm. Thus output voltage of receiver must be minimum 4V.
