WP Tell-A-Friend plugin

I'm looking for someone who can install a good Tell-A-Friend script on my wordpress page. I've heard about WP subscriber and I have Viral Friend Generator. I am a total technophobe and cannot make either work. My goal is to have my subscribers refer 3 to 5 emails when they opt in my squeeze form. They should be able to put name and emails and send them an email. Bonus. In addition if it is possible the plugin can have a facebook fonctionality. Good bidding.
