Architecture plans and electrical layout for 3700m2 warehouse rework based on existing plans

We rented a 3700m2 warehouse made of 3 units 900m2 each. I need someone to redo the existing architecture plans from one of the double units to create plans for our three unit space. Plans in pdf need to be remapped into dwg or CAD The office needs to be moved. The three units each 900m2 need to be combined for total 2700m2. Attached project files to base your work from : File: "A-1. CONJUNTO [login to view URL]" - we are looking at you creating the plans for : Module 3 Galpon 7 - 8 - 9 Use dimesions in File : "A-2. CONJUNTO [login to view URL]" which are only for Galpon 1 and 2 but use these same dimensions adding an extra 900m2 of same dimensions in the middle without the gates. You can see file : "GALPON COMERCIAL - ZONA IND. STA. [login to view URL]" as a rough estimate of what it looks like but add in all details and measurements from "A-2. CONJUNTO [login to view URL]" Then remove one block of the office and bathrooms from file ""A-2. CONJUNTO [login to view URL]" layout and move the office and bathroom around to be seen as is shown in file : "GALPON COMERCIAL - ZONA IND. STA. [login to view URL]" Then create pallets in floor plan design and pallet lay out for pallets 2.5m x 1.m. as per file attached: "leo floor [login to view URL]" Electrical planning : Layover archicture plans the electrical planning Calculate Electrical charge needed and breakers as well as layout of electrical wiring. 5hp motor Three fase 5hp motor Three fase 10hp motor Three Fase 440 30 x 100w LED lights 3 x 18 BTU air conditioners 5 x laptops 65W 1 x 42 inch LED 2 x printers 2 x electric scales 1 x 4k camera system with 16 cameras 5 x 2hp ventilators (minimum see below) Bonus project #1air exchange: Calculate necessary air interchange for dry foods warehouse and phosphine fumigation and how many ventilators what HP/ CBM / hr needed to achieve min needed air exchanges / hour. Bonus project #2 Lighting design: Best lighting design using 100 - 200 w LED (highbays UFO and / or LED Flood 200w)
