Pastor Ken, I Live in Fort Worth Texas, a 1 year ago my church was in Federal Court Bankruptcy 1. My Church paid off judgment of $160,000 .00 2. The Court ordered a release of the lien a year ago 3. The lawyer that was handling the case have disobeyed the court order and did not obey the court. 4. The judgment was on 5 acres of land...we were offered $2.000.000.00 5. Because of there defiance of the court, we have lost the sale of our property! 6. We need help drafting penalty and sanctions for this case....
