Excel Flat Files for E-Commerce Business

Hi there, ****Please read the entire post prior to applying to the job!**** We are looking for an individual who has had some experience with creating flat files for sites such as Amazon, E-Bay, Walmart, etc. We launch vitamin and supplement brands and need this individual to take all of our graphic designer's material and place it into these flat files. This person will also need to be proficient in English since they will be paraphrasing other pieces of copy across the internet so that they can quickly write short listings about the products they are placing into the excel sheet/flat file. We will be selling a large range of different supplements so there is a lot of work to be done. This project will be at least 1-2 years of work. We plan to begin launching 20 products per day and scale to 100+/day. This means that the individual will need to upload 20 listings/day into the Flat File and then Upload this flat file once a day to our E-Commerce accounts. Our current employees for this job operate at $6/hr and work 5 hours/day, 5 days a week. You will need to be working on New York EST (Eastern Standard Time) or Los Angeles PST (Pacific Standard Time). I look forward to working with you and please send prior works and case studies. :)
