Need help with the Excel workbook

Please follow the instruction and use your Excel and VBA skills to create a functioable excel that can Track your health and fitness goals. 1. Automation Given the Excel workbook contains a collection of health and fitness-related worksheets. Please apply Excel Automation techniques (I.e., conditional formatting, macros, buttons, VBA, etc. but NO UserForm) to improve its usability. You may target a specific type of user and delete some of the irreverent worksheets. 2. Make it easy to use After the Fitness workbook redesign, it should be user-friendly that a new user will know how to use it without a manual (i.e., navigation buttons, data validation, message box, side by side notes). Deliverables: • Excel VBA Application - A professional error-free application built in MS Excel and VBA. Goals: • The functions of your health and fitness app match your target audience’s needs. • The usability of your app. • Use appropriate Excel functions and tools and/or charts to develop the basic model. • Write simple macros(sub-procedures) using VBA in Microsoft Excel. • Use appropriate data types to declare and use variables and/or constants. • Use repetition, decision, and/or selection structures in VBA code.
