I started tracking my project billable and projected billable times, my boss now wants me to track for all staff and the projects have started to ramp up. So problem is that I have to update the new projects on my sheet Craig then copy these new projects to all other staff. This is not as easy when there are more staff coming onboard and new projects starting up weekly it seems. And can projects info (projects tab) be automatically replicated on the Overview tab, maybe a tick box on the projects tab to select which projects to show on the overview tab. As some projects he doesn't want to see on the overview sheet. Just show how to do each part and I can continue the rest to save money.
