A website to perform excel calculation

Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt, please) and would like to help you. Now I envision you need a smart table where at least (for a start) the last column is the result of a formula that refers to cells (and their values) in other columns. And also that cells can refer to other cells. I believe it can be implemented with a smart data model where each cell will hold a current value and an empty or a real reference e.g. formula. And one change will spawn calculation of all dependent cells. The most important is make sure that invalid references are immediately avoided (e.g. like in Excel). For that a custom validation function will need to be implemented along the basic cell data model. Since I don't know how many formula you envision (please limit them for this project) and due to the complexity of spreadsheet features I have set a deadline longer. Otherwise I'm a webmaster and IT developer for 26 years, with pro Excel skills so know what to use as a reference implementation (there are Excel like libraries but for C and Java generally, not for the web).
