I have a small project to demo a tree like structure which is created dynamically from an xml file. The program will run on a website and the Flash CS4 code will read the XML file and then build a circle of words based on the xml file. When one of the words is clicked the user will see the original circle minimised on the screen and a new circle open up with a centre word and then a new circle of words showing one level down. The first level down will have thumbnails to help visualise but the navigation is mainly via text. This is a demo project so there is no heavy coding. The coding is to show the principle that someone can use text navigation in Flash to move down levels and see a visual picture of the [login to view URL] whole project will be actionscript based so there will be no need for writing tweens from the design mode menus. On the final level, the user can click to navigate to a new website.
Example of file structure: Footwear (level 0), Shoes, Boots, slippers (level 1), Shoes-->modern, traditional, leather, plastic (level 2) - option thumbnails, Suppliers (Level 3) - URL Link.
A developer skilled in Actionscript, CS4 and Flash is needed. General knowledge of windows, Internet, and images is needed too.
I have created similar systems for clothing Web sites and also for a commercially published game, so I am confident I can implement your request as well.
I would have a prototype available on day 1, take any feedback you have, and provide a final version on day 2.
