Looking for Someone to help design websites

hi, I have rather a lot of work on at the moment as I do web design for clients on a part time basis , i also have a full time job, so it can be difficult to get the time to do the sites and i am beginning to struggle. I am looking for someone i can work with that can do parts of sites to help me out. I don't charge the earth for them , so I dont want someone really expensive , then again i wont pay peanuts either. I will look at the job on a per - job basis and come to an agreement on price. The sort of person i am looking for will have the following skills and be adept at them: CSS Photoshop (Web Page Layout etc..) Illustrator HTML I also want someone with creative flair and who can actually do the jobs to deadlines etc. No flakers please! PHP would be good but not essential, although i may look for a seperate person to do php stuff as it arises. I will require samples of your work and can pay by paypal once the jobs have been completed to mine and the customers satisfaction. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done - this also include graphic files - layered psd. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All design must be fully compliant with all major browsers.
